Over the past 5 years at TICTS and ZECO (Zanzibar Electricity Corporation), Lumen applied Lean / Six Sigma combined with digital technology to deliver significant improvements in financial, commercial and operational performance. Through business process redesign sessions, driven by the teams themselves, the employees are able to realise improved results across the value chain. Having the employees in the lead, monitoring the impact of the modifications made and locking the new ways of working into the process using technology, we create sustainable change.
