Taya, in association with Lumen, will deliver the training. Lumen is certified in the internationally renowned Insights Discovery (“Colour Energies”) approach to improving personal and team effectiveness. We are excited about this methodology, as we see impact with clients in East Africa, both multinationals and local organisations. We see how individuals and teams become more effective, how team members interact and work together better. Professionals improve their results and wellbeing.
We see the potential for this methodology in Ethiopia, but many organisations seem less aware of its existence and impact. Hence, we would like to hold a complementary 2.5 hour workshop to export and inspire senior management representatives of Ethiopia based organisations. The objectives is to experience working with the “Colour Energies” and how it might support talent and teams to perform better.
